Large Party Reservation Policy
Planning a group visit? We love hosting parties of friends, family, and colleagues. To make sure every guest is cared for and enough therapists are ready, a few simple policies apply to large party reservations.
What Counts as a Large Party
A large party is defined as four or more guests arriving at the same time.
Advance Payment
To reserve a time slot for a large party, 100% of the service fee plus a 20% gratuity must be paid in advance. You are always welcome to tip your therapists additional gratuity if you are satisfied with your massage.
Arrival
To ensure a smooth check-in and proper therapist arrangements, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals & Changes
If your party arrives late or there are any changes to the number of guests or scheduled services, no refund will be issued. Based on same-day availability, if we are able to accommodate your full party at another time, we will make every effort to rearrange your appointment for later that same day. Any such rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Large party reservations may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
